These terms apply to every booking made on joyridewatersports.com. By completing payment, you agree to them. The contract is between you and JRW 007 LTD (VAT MT30371337), registered at Triq Tas-Salib St Joseph Court, QLA1601 Qala, Malta.
1. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Jet ski and boat rentals require a 20 EUR deposit at the time of booking and a 200 EUR cash security deposit at the dock, refunded in full when the equipment is returned undamaged. Cheaper activities are paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Age and licence
Drivers of self-drive boats must be 21 years or older. Boats with 115 horsepower or more require a nautical licence. Jet ski riders must weigh under 110 kg and must be able to swim. We will refuse rental at the dock if these requirements are not met, and the online deposit is refunded in full in that case.
3. Weather cancellation
We make the call by 7am on the day of your trip. If we cancel for weather, you receive a full refund the same day, back on your Revolut within minutes. There is no email back and forth, no store credit, and no questions.
4. Customer cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
5. Safety and conduct
- Alcohol is not permitted on the boats. We will refuse rental if you appear to be under the influence.
- Drive slowly in every bay, under 5 km/h. Keep 200 metres from the coastline when driving fast. Never enter caves or rocky areas. Use the anchor only in indicated areas.
- Children's life jackets in all sizes are provided on request.
- You must follow the briefing given by Salvu, Harry, Ahmed, Jonathan, or Shanna.
6. Damage and liability
Watersports involve risk. The waiver you sign before any rental confirms that you understand this and accept responsibility for your participation. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the rental during the rental time, up to the security deposit. Damage beyond the security deposit will be invoiced separately.
7. Disputes
