Weather is the only reason we ever cancel. Here is exactly how it works. No surprises.

The decision is made by 7am

On the morning of your trip, by 7am Malta time, Jonathan checks the forecast and the swell. If the conditions are unsafe for your specific activity, we cancel and you get a full refund the same day. We send the refund from Revolut in minutes. You will see a WhatsApp message and an email at the same time.

What counts as unsafe

  • Wind above 18 knots for jet skis and small boats
  • Swell above 1.2 metres for the cave tours
  • Active thunderstorm warning for Gozo or Comino
  • Sea state that would prevent safe operation around the caves

If we cancel, you get

  • A full refund the same day, sent from Revolut, including the deposit
  • An offer to rebook for any other day in your stay (we will hold the slot for you)
  • A WhatsApp message from Shanna with the reason and the rebook link

If you decide to cancel because you are worried about weather but we are going ahead

We respect your call. If we are running and you cancel within 24 hours of the trip, the deposit is forfeit. Outside 24 hours it is fully refundable. WhatsApp Shanna on +356 7933 1835 and we will work it out with you.

Refund timing

We process weather refunds from Revolut in under 10 minutes. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 1 to 5 working days to appear on your statement. The refund is recorded on our side immediately, and the confirmation email lands within 1 minute.
